Brandon's gone

It was almost as hard to see Brandon go today as it was in August when he first left for K-State. All of you moms out there with younger kids - enjoy the time you have with them. They head off to college WAY TOO SOON!

Don't you just love this pic of Brandon when he was about 3? Gotta dig that lime green hat and pink sunglasses!Here's a pic of the kids in the fall of 2006 - first day of school - Brandon (Mr. Goofy Grin) was a senior and Kaleb and Kaitlin were sophomores. Soon the twins will be heading off to college. MAJOR BOO HOO!

Margaritaville!

We had a wonderful get-together at On the Border this afternoon. The margaritas were great! Of course, I was the only one drinking - and I'm not even much of a drinker. It was great seeing my niece, Lenore and my nephew, Nick. Even though Nick lives here, I don't get to see him much, as his work hours prevent us from seeing much of each other. We did make a pact to get together and see a movie over the Thankgiving holiday. We will be going to Oklahoma on Thanksgiving to spend it with Charles, but I'll have to come back Thanksgiving night as I have to work on Friday. Here are some pictures from our afternoon out.
