FLU


Flu - cold...flu - cold...flu-cold. Whatever it is sure sucks! There is a nasty bug going around. So many people at work have been or are sick. Add me to the list. I should have gotten a flu shot, but now they're saying they probably didn't help much this year. So, I'll just head back to bed...whinny, feverish and SICK!

sorry you aren't feeling well. if it helps ease your guilt, the strain of flu Jay and I got was one that there was no vaccine for. YUCK! Feel Better!!

I've got the flu this weekend too. I did not leave bed Saturday. My fever is finally gone. I gotta take it easy today because I've got a concert to attend tonight.

Isn't This Gross?

Corby lets Muffin drink out of his milk glass. Isn't that disgusting? I love animals, but I sure don't share my drinks with them. YUCK! Brandon will be home tomorrow - on his 19th birthday! His last final is at 12:30. Corby & Kaleb are headed up to help him bring his stuff home. I was planning on going, but because Hope is out on medical leave, I can't take off. That's okay - I really wasn't looking forward to carrying his stuff down 7 flights of stairs! YIPPEE - MY BABY IS COMING HOME FOR THE SUMMER! Does anyone else out there love "House Hunters" - the show on HGTV? For some reason, that show grabs me. I like to see the 3 houses the couples (sometimes singles) choose from. Of course, most of them have a lot more money than we do! Saw one last night that was a young couple in Chicago - lived in the inner city, but with 2 kids decided to move to the suburbs. Terrible Day

I'm not going to go into a lot of detail here, but suffice it to say that I had a TERRIBLE day at work! I made a huge mistake costing the company some revenue, and I feel awful! I certainly didn't need anyone to get on my butt, because I was kicking myself for the better part of the day. I know, I know, I'm human, but this was a BIG human mistake! I hate to admit that I'm human! HATE TO MAKE MISTAKES - ESPECIALLY BIG ONES! Okay, that's it. I'm having a margarita and trying to relax now. I'm done with being human for a while!
