Trouble in Paradise...

When I got home from work about 7:15 tonight, Corby and Kaitlin were hanging out with a couple of our neighbors. The guys were both in a bit of trouble with their wives for leaving them hanging on a Friday night. While I was a bit sympathetic to the wives, I enjoyed the evening immensely. We had a few beers (the guys) and a few margaritas (ME!) and had a great time! The guys even accepted me into their "man cave"! There are some things going down at work that are difficult, and I needed a night out "with the guys"...It was a beautiful evening for early March!

Corby is going to work tomorrow. He has a big project that needs finished in the next week, and they okayed his overtime. We can sure use it!

Looks like tomorrow will be a busy day, but I'm hoping to chill a bit on Sunday. That's a good thing, as I need a "relaxing" day!

Isn't This Gross?

Corby lets Muffin drink out of his milk glass. Isn't that disgusting? I love animals, but I sure don't share my drinks with them. YUCK! Brandon will be home tomorrow - on his 19th birthday! His last final is at 12:30. Corby & Kaleb are headed up to help him bring his stuff home. I was planning on going, but because Hope is out on medical leave, I can't take off. That's okay - I really wasn't looking forward to carrying his stuff down 7 flights of stairs! YIPPEE - MY BABY IS COMING HOME FOR THE SUMMER! Does anyone else out there love "House Hunters" - the show on HGTV? For some reason, that show grabs me. I like to see the 3 houses the couples (sometimes singles) choose from. Of course, most of them have a lot more money than we do! Saw one last night that was a young couple in Chicago - lived in the inner city, but with 2 kids decided to move to the suburbs. Terrible Day

I'm not going to go into a lot of detail here, but suffice it to say that I had a TERRIBLE day at work! I made a huge mistake costing the company some revenue, and I feel awful! I certainly didn't need anyone to get on my butt, because I was kicking myself for the better part of the day. I know, I know, I'm human, but this was a BIG human mistake! I hate to admit that I'm human! HATE TO MAKE MISTAKES - ESPECIALLY BIG ONES! Okay, that's it. I'm having a margarita and trying to relax now. I'm done with being human for a while!
